He posted his designs in Facebook groups and requested feedback. One day, he offered a free thumbnail in a group. A small YouTuber contacted him and paid 250 BDT for it. That was Rubel’s first online income.
From there, things started moving. Rubel worked with small YouTubers, took orders via Google Forms, and communicated through WhatsApp. Within 6 months, he was earning up to 30,000 BDT per month regularly. His main services were thumbnails, banners, and branded social media content—delivered using Canva Pro on mobile.
The journey had its struggles—slow internet, limited mobile performance, and constant doubts from people around him. But Rubel never stopped. He believed that hard work and smart learning could beat any obstacle.
Today, Rubel has built his own design brand, launched a micro online course for mobile users, and is motivating others on YouTube to start freelancing from their phones.
